Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a Career Advisor, mentor or coach to one or more employees, which will include providing honest and timely performance feedback – approximately 10- 20% of your time
- Work on multiple complex issues while communicating in a non-technical manner to facilitate communication between the client and the service team while managing the risk for both the client and the firm
- Provide detail review and analysis of c
- Advise clients on a full spectrum of International Tax services including planning, research, compliance, general mergers and acquisitions activities and transfer pricing
- Preparing and/or assist with complex Tax returns – approximately 5 -10% of your time
- Assist with new business development, extended service and tax issue recognition for existing clients
- Manage corporate international client needs with respect to tax services and federal and state tax compliance
- Remain up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in accounting or related field from an accredited university
- Five years of relevant Tax experience in a large accounting firm or similar firm/environment
- CPA or equivalent approved professional certification or designation
- Completed or enrolled in the CPA In-Depth Tax Courses (or equivalent)
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to meet client service, quality, and performance expectations within applicable deadlines and in accordance with firm and client standards
- Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with firm personnel and clients in person, by telephone, and through electronic or written means
- Effective project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and quality of work in a fast paced, client service environment
- Ability to work effectively in a professional office environment and, as required by the role, at client sites, including the ability to sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer and other standard office equipment
- Ability to maintain consistent, onsite presence during core business hours including the ability to regularly report to a firm office location and travel to client sites as required, including access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work extended and/or non standard hours during peak periods or as necessary to meet client, project, or firm business needs

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $84,000 - $155,000
Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
