  • Manage project workstreams, including coordination of resources, timelines, and deliverables within the Global Delivery Model
  • Build and deepen client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and delivering high-quality service
  • Identify opportunities within existing and prospective clients and contribute to proposals across compliance, technology, and advisory offerings
  • Interpret global and domestic legislative developments, OECD guidance, and tax authority positions into practical client insights
  • Collaborate with subject-matter specialists across the global network to deliver integrated technical, industry, and technology perspectives
  • Contribute to a team environment grounded in accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement
  • Coach and support junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to support development

What you bring to the role
• 5+ years of relevant tax experience within a public accounting firm
• CPA designation completed or near completion
• Completion, near completion, or willingness to enroll in the In-Depth Tax Program or a Master of Tax program
• Strong technical tax foundation, including understanding of Pillar Two concepts and calculations
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards, accounting principles, and tax provisioning
• Demonstrated project management and organizational capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax matters clearly
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships across internal and client teams

Who will thrive in this role

An individual who:
  • Takes ownership and progresses work with limited direction
  • Is energized by complex, high-stakes engagements in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrates curiosity and keeps pace with evolving global tax developments
  • Is motivated by building-client relationships, capabilities, and team strength
