OverviewOur International Corporate Tax practice is scaling a high-performing Pillar Two implementation team focused on helping multinational clients operationalize the global minimum tax rules-from diagnostics and modeling through data readiness, technology enablement, compliance, and ongoing support. This role sits at the centre of that build, working across multidisciplinary teams to help clients establish sustainable processes for Pillar Two compliance and reporting.
You will work closely with Pillar Two partners to lead multidisciplinary workstreams that bring together deep technical expertise and modern data and technology practices, helping clients establish sustainable processes for Pillar Two compliance and reporting as filing requirements move into Year 2.

What you will do- Support end-to-end Pillar Two engagements by contributing to strategy, defining scope, and assisting delivery across diagnostics, data readiness, modeling, compliance, process design, and filing
- Manage project workstreams, including coordination of resources, timelines, and deliverables within the Global Delivery Model
- Build and deepen client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and delivering high-quality service
- Identify opportunities within existing and prospective clients and contribute to proposals across compliance, technology, and advisory offerings
- Interpret global and domestic legislative developments, OECD guidance, and tax authority positions into practical client insights
- Collaborate with subject-matter specialists across the global network to deliver integrated technical, industry, and technology perspectives
- Contribute to a team environment grounded in accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement
- Coach and support junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to support development
What you bring to the role• 5+ years of relevant tax experience within a public accounting firm
• CPA designation completed or near completion
• Completion, near completion, or willingness to enroll in the In-Depth Tax Program or a Master of Tax program
• Strong technical tax foundation, including understanding of Pillar Two concepts and calculations
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards, accounting principles, and tax provisioning
• Demonstrated project management and organizational capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax matters clearly
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships across internal and client teams

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range InformationThe expected base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $143,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
