What You'll Do- Own the security strategy. Set the direction for information security risk management, evaluate and prioritize initiatives, and align security priorities with business growth.
- Be a trusted advisor. Weigh in on new technologies, AI capabilities, third-party vendors, and business initiatives with pragmatic, risk-based guidance that keeps the business moving.
- Lead incident response. Strengthen our ability to prevent, detect, and respond to security events, coordinating across internal teams and external partners when it counts most.
- Build resilience. Develop and test business continuity and disaster recovery programs so the organization is ready for whatever comes.
- Shape the culture. Own security policy, standards, and awareness programs that make security a shared responsibility - not just IT's problem.
What You Bring- 8-10 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, risk management, or a related field, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
