Why This Role MattersAs HR Manager, you'll serve as a key member of the site leadership team, helping shape workforce strategies, strengthen culture, and support operational success. You'll influence decisions that impact team members across the organization while leading a talented HR team and partnering directly with business leaders.
This isn't a behind-the-scenes HR position.
You'll be coaching leaders through critical challenges, building talent pipelines, developing future leaders, analyzing workforce trends, and helping create an environment where team members can do their best work.
