  • Develop advanced reporting and analytics to support Finance and HR, including labor cost analysis, reconciliation reporting, and trend insights.
  • Use advanced Excel and analytical tools to diagnose issues, perform root-cause analysis, and identify global optimization opportunities.

Strategic Execution & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to strategic planning related to technology upgrades, global payroll consolidation, vendor transitions, and new-country setup.
  • Drive operational excellence through structured problem-solving, KPI monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with dashboards, complex formulas, and data modeling strongly preferred.
  • Experience with major payroll and HRIS systems (ADP, Workday, UKG, etc.).
  • Proven ability to lead independently, manage competing priorities, and operate with precision under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively across multiple functions and time zones.

Desired Attributes
