The Role
We are looking for an experienced FP&A professional to play a central role in our corporate planning, reporting, and cash forecasting processes. This Manager-level role will bring together the consolidated financial outlook and help ensure Finance has a clear, consistent view of company performance across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
The role will own key corporate FP&A deliverables, including consolidated forecasting, cash flow modeling and forecasting, Board and ELT reporting, PE sponsor and portfolio company reporting, and GAAP-to-non-GAAP bridges.
Our approach to FP&A is simple: understand what happened, determine why it matters, and help the business decide what to do next.
In this role, that means taking inputs from across the FP&A organization and translating them into an accurate, coherent company-level view of performance and outlook. This person will work closely across FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and the broader Office of the CFO, with significant exposure to senior leadership.
What You'll Do
Corporate FP&A & consolidation - Own the consolidation of company forecasts and financial outlooks, bringing together inputs across the FP&A organization into a cohesive company view.
- Maintain an integrated understanding of the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow and how changes in one area affect the others.
- Analyze company-level performance, risks, opportunities, and changes in outlook. Make recommendations to the business and ELT on ways to improve operational and financial performance.
- Ensure consolidated reporting is accurate, internally consistent, and aligned across FP&A and Accounting.
- Support annual planning, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and other corporate planning processes.
- Strengthen controls, documentation, and repeatability around core FP&A reporting and consolidation processes.
- Maintain and evolve integrated three-statement models, with particular ownership of balance-sheet forecasting and the linkages between operating performance, working capital, cash flow, and ending cash.
- Contribute to the company's long-range planning process by translating operating assumptions into multi-year P&L, balance-sheet, cashflow, and free-cash-flow outcomes and helping assess longer-term financial trajectory.
- Own the company cash flow forecast and underlying model, connecting P&L performance, working capital, capital expenditures, financing activity, and other cash movements.
- Develop clear bridges between EBITDA, operating cash flow, free cash flow, and changes in cash.
- Partner with Accounting, Treasury, and FP&A business partners to understand collections, payment timing, accruals, deferred revenue, commissions, and other working-capital drivers.
- Identify emerging cash risks and opportunities and incorporate them into the forward outlook.
- Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses around key cash flow assumptions.
- Improve the predictability and transparency of cash generation and the drivers of free cash flow.
Executive, Board & sponsor reporting - Support periodic reporting to the Board as well as taking a lead role in preparing Board materials and ad hoc analysis
- Coordinate and prepare recurring financial reporting for ELT and the Board, bringing together financial results, forecasts, KPIs, and supporting analysis into a clear and consistent narrative.
- Own recurring PE sponsor and portfolio company reporting requirements and coordinate inputs across Finance.
- Develop financial bridges and analyses that explain changes in performance and outlook.
- Maintain consistency between internal management reporting, Board reporting, sponsor reporting, and the underlying financial forecast.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for the CFO and senior Finance leadership.
GAAP to non-GAAP & financial integrity - Own and maintain key bridges between GAAP financial results and the non-GAAP measures used to manage and communicate the business.
- Partner closely with accounting to ensure adjustments are complete, accurate, documented, and applied consistently.
- Maintain clear support for Adjusted EBITDA and other management reporting measures.
- Understand and explain differences between reported results, management reporting, and the operating forecast.
- Help ensure financial definitions and reporting methodologies remain consistent across FP&A deliverables.
Corporate reporting rhythm, AI, and Automation- Coordinate inputs and timelines across FP&A for monthly, quarterly, forecast, Board, and sponsor reporting.
- Identify inconsistencies or gaps across business-partner forecasts and work with the team to resolve them before consolidation.
- Drive process improvements and automation across recurring FP&A workflows, using AI and other tools to reduce manual effort and improve the speed, consistency, and quality of reporting and analysis.
- Maintain a strong standard of accuracy and attention to detail while articulating the company-level financial story through financial and related operational data
