Full Job Description
As Manager, Financial Reporting & Special Projects you will lead and coordinates strategic projects within the finance organization. You will report to the Director Finance and Assistant Corporate Controller and will partner with different corporate functions and business units to deliver strategic financial reporting, technical accounting, process improvement and transformation initiatives.

Lead and coordinate finance-wide initiatives by defining scope, objectives, deliverables, governance, timelines and resource requirements, monitor execution, dependencies, risks and issue resolution through completion
Lead process improvement, standardization and automation initiatives across finance activities; identify gaps and inefficiencies, design practical solutions and oversee sustainable implementation
Support the financial reporting team during the financial reporting processes
Minimum Qualifications
Professional accounting designation (CPA)
Minimum of 8 years of similar experience or at a large accounting firm
Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
Proven ability to lead projects including planning, governance, risk management, prioritization and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and adapt quickly to change
Self-starter, demonstrate high level of initiative and autonomy
Strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
