Reporting to the Senior Director, FP&A and Manufacturing Finance, who reports to the CFO, this role partners with leaders across HR, IT, Legal, Accounting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales & Marketing to translate business priorities into financial plans, provide insight into how resources are deployed, and help drive accountability for results.
We are looking for a collaborative, hands-on finance professional who is as comfortable working alongside functional leaders on their budgets as they are supporting the company's consolidated forecast. The right candidate is a team player with strong business judgment and an open mind who thrives in a fast-paced environment. They bring a continuous improvement mindset and are energized by finding better ways to plan, analyze, and partner with the business.
How You Will Make an Impact- functions and ensuring plans align with company strategy and financial targets.
- Functional business partnership: Serve as the finance business partner to functional leaders, with a primary focus on enabling functions (HR, IT, Legal, and Accounting) and support for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales & Marketing as business needs arise, providing insight that helps shape spending, resourcing, and investment decisions.
- G&A budget oversight: Oversee and control the G&A budget across the business, monitoring spend against plan and highlighting gaps, risks, and opportunities.
- Zero-based budgeting: Build and maintain zero-based and driver-based budgeting models across functions, working with budget owners to evaluate baseline spend and identify savings and reinvestment opportunities.
- Productivity: Support the company's continuous productivity workstream, partnering cross-functionally to identify, track, and deliver annual savings goals to the business.
- Cost center budgeting and review: Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of cost center budgeting and review processes, including training budget owners, leading monthly budget-versus-actual reviews, and building accountability for spend against plan.
- Performance analysis: Deliver monthly and quarterly performance analysis of actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior year, clearly explaining key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Financial modeling: Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions, evaluate investments, and perform scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Reporting and presentations: Prepare financial reporting and analysis for senior leadership, and support the preparation of executive team and Board materials.

- Leadership and mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop finance analysts, fostering a team culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Bring- Experience: 6+ years of progressive FP&A experience across both functional business partnering and corporate FP&A, including ownership of operating expense or cost center budgets and forecasts and experience leading or mentoring analysts. Experience with zero-based budgeting or cost center accountability processes, and in the CPG industry or a high-growth business, is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- Business partnership: Proven track record as a business-facing finance partner, not just traditional corporate finance support, who builds strong relationships with non-finance leaders and drives adoption of new processes. A collaborative, open-minded team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling, with the ability to build models from scratch and structure complex analysis. Experience with Microsoft D365 (ERP) and Power BI preferred.
- AI proficiency: Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude) to automate finance processes, accelerate analysis, or improve reporting.
- Analytical and communication skills: Ability to connect financial results to operational drivers and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executive and non-finance audiences.
