ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
The FP&A Manager (Solar Development) will be responsible for leading on funding, budgeting and forecasting of Solar projects to provide a consolidated business outlook for strategic decision making. The position has high visibility across organization & serves as a key liaison across project development, operations, Project Finance, and commercial strategy teams under directive of the executive leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Responsible for producing annual budget and Quarterly Forecasts for Board approvals.
Produce managerial performance reports that track P&L/Operating Assets/ KPIs and Project Spends
Forecast corporate and project-level cash flows to manage liquidity & timing of equity drawdowns.
Manage Loan & Letter Credit Facilities, intercompany loans and corporate guarantees
Work with operating Assets Mgmt. Teams on financial performance & Liquidity analysis /Distributions.
Interface/implement new tools/applications required for FP&A/Accounting/finance process improvement projects.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Degrees: Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, Engineering, or quantitative discipline.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in renewable energy finance, FP&A in Energy, Project finance, Construction.

Highly motivated, organized and detail oriented.
Ability to establish immediate credibility at all levels, inside and outside the organization; demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization.
Creative problem-solving skills and ability to utilize good judgment. • Ability to Collaborate with multiple teams within organization & ability to drive consensus-based decision making.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access, Co-Pilot.
