Full Job Description
Position Summary

This role supports Pharmavite's growth by providing financial leadership across innovation, emerging channels, and Growth team investments. The role partners cross-functionally to evaluate opportunities, guide decision-making, and support planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Innovation Finance, Commercialization & Portfolio Planning: Partner with cross-functional Innovation, Marketing, R&D, and Finance teams from project inception through commercialization to assess financial viability and support key business decisions. Develop project P&Ls, including product costing, competitive pricing and promotion assessments, channel pricing, and marketing support assumptions. Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize innovation launches by using segment trends and market norms to inform formulation, product counts, pricing, and launch assumptions. Develop short- and long-term market projections with Innovation partners to assess opportunities and support prioritization of the total innovation portfolio. Partner with DTC, TikTok Shop, Marketing, R&D, and Finance teams to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Strategic Business Decision Support: Partner with Innovation and other cross-functional teams to develop long-term scenarios and financial analysis for innovation, TikTok Shop, and other strategic initiatives. Provide financial modeling and business insights to evaluate opportunities, alternatives, risks, and trade-offs and support business recommendations. Perform ad-hoc financial and business analysis in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to support emerging priorties and initiatives.
  • Financial Planning & Performance Management: Lead/support Growth team SG&A planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting in partnership with Marketing and R&D. Analyze financial performance, key drivers, risks, and opportunities and provide insights to cross-functional business partners to support planning and forecasting decisions.


Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience Required
  • Advanced Degree or equivalent work experience MBA Preferred
  • 4-6 years related experience experience in finance, business analytics, or a related field Required
  • 1-3 years related experience experience in a consumer products company preferred.


Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
  • Hyperion Planning experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of GAAP, financial statement analytics, financial planning processes required.
  • Experience supporting digital commerce, DTC, or social commerce channels, including TikTok Shop and understanding of digital sales drivers and e-
  • Commerce KPIs preferred
  • Advanced PC skills using Excel and PowerPoint required. Proficient knowledge of Co-Pilot, Chat GPT, and data visualization tools such as Power BI a plus
  • Experience with customer-specific data, reports, and analytical tools such as Profitero, Stackline, Circana, and Nielsen
  • Collaborates effectively across functions, communicates clearly, and engages stakeholders to develop practical, value-added solutions
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the initiative to navigate ambiguity, manage shifting priorities, and continuously improve
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects and reprioritize as necessary
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to connect analysis to broader business trends, drivers, and decision-making.


Physical or Work Requirements

Primarily performs work in an office or remote environment and require extended periods of sitting, computer use, and verbal communication. Physical activity is generally limited to occasional standing, walking, repetitive keyboard and mouse use, and light lifting of office materials or equipment up to 10-15 pounds. Employees may occasionally travel or attend meetings in varying office or customer environments.

Travel: 5% Travel minimal; as needed.

Salary:

National Target Base Pay Range: (min) $117,000 - (mid) $156,000 - (max) $195,000. The salary range for this position is based on national standards.

For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is (min) $130,000 - (mid) $173,000 - (max) $216,000 to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.

Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications, and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment.
