Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project finance specifically related to grid-scale batteries or renewable energy.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain intricate financial models for energy storage projects.
• Coordinate between various teams to conduct scenario analyses and assess project risks.
• Prepare and present investment committee materials and financial analyses for decision support.
• Lead efforts in structuring debt and tax equity arrangements for transactions.
• Create marketing materials for financial stakeholders, including lenders and tax equity investors.
• Manage financial close processes and oversee diligence requests and data rooms effectively.
• Review and analyze critical project finance documentation and agreements.
