Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Manager, Finance Data & Analytics to join the ICS FP&A team. In this role, you will help to elevate the finance organization’s centralized reporting capabilities and strengthen the connection between financial planning and business performance across ICS. You will work alongside senior leaders in a fast-paced environment, assisting in high profile projects to drive transformation. This position will report to the Director, Finance Data & Analytics.
Responsibilities:
Develop and automate financial reports and dashboards that improve visibility into business performance and enable more proactive decision-making
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and comprehensive financial datasets that support the FP&A team’s needs across ICS, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility
Integrate data from various sources (ERP systems, CRM, financial databases, operational systems) to create unified datasets to support analysis
Work closely with IT, data science, and other departments to ensure data alignment and integrity across the organization
Establish and enforce data governance standards and best practices within the finance team
Identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting processes, data processes, and enhance overall data quality and efficiency
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data management technologies and practices
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or data management role, with at least 2 years focused on data infrastructure and dataset development
Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and financial modeling
Proven ability to connect operational performance to financial outcomes and articulate the implications to business leaders
Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and comfort working with large, complex data sets
Strong communication and executive presentation skills, including the ability to distill complex issues into clear insights and recommendations
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive work forward independently
Proactive mindset with a desire to drive change
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $135,000 - $145,000.
