Who you are

This role brings the brand to life through impactful IRL experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and advocacy. The Manager, Experiential & Community Activation is responsible for developing and executing events, grassroots activations, and sampling programs that translate partnerships and brand moments into meaningful consumer experiences.

This role acts as a bridge between partnerships, creators, content, and community, ensuring every experience is designed to generate both real-world impact and scalable content.

Key Responsibilities

Experiential Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive experiential strategy aligned to brand and marketing priorities
  • Plan and manage events including:
    • Pop-ups
    • Retail activations
    • Partnership events (sports, lifestyle, etc.)
    • Community gatherings
  • Ensure all experiences are on-brand, high-impact, and operationally sound

Partnership Activation
  • Partner closely with Director of Partnerships to translate sponsorships into engaging consumer experiences
  • Identify opportunities to extend partnerships into:
    • Content moments
    • Community engagement
    • Creator participation
  • Ensure partnerships deliver against both brand and business objectives

Community-Led Activation
  • Collaborate with Community & Insights to: • Identify and invite key community members and advocates
    • Build community-first event experiences
  • Create opportunities for superfans and creators to engage with the brand IRL

Creator & Content Integration
  • Partner with Influencer Marketing to incorporate creators into events and activations
  • Ensure all experiential moments are designed for content capture and amplification
  • Work with Content team to extend the life of events across social channels

Sampling & Grassroots Engagement
  • Own sampling strategy across experiential and community touchpoints
  • Develop grassroots programs that drive product discovery and trial
  • Identify scrappy, high-impact ways to get product into consumers' hands

Operations & Measurement
  • Manage vendors, budgets, logistics, and timelines
  • Build scalable playbooks for repeatable event execution
  • Define and track KPIs including:
    • Attendance and engagement
    • Content generated
    • Samples distributed and conversion
    • Brand lift and community feedback

Success Metrics
  • Experiential ROI (attendance, engagement, earned impact)
  • Volume and quality of content generated from events
  • Sampling reach and conversion metrics
  • Community participation and satisfaction
  • Effectiveness of partnership activations
