  • Architect cloud-based and data platform solutions (e.g., lakehouse, data mesh, analytics ecosystems) to support enterprise and supply chain use cases
  • Define integration patterns between enterprise IT systems and manufacturing/operational environments (e.g., ERP, MES, IoT/OT systems)
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering large-scale digital transformation programs across supply chain and manufacturing contexts
  • Translate complex technical architectures into clear business value for senior client stakeholders
  • Support business development through solution shaping, proposal development, and client workshops
  • Contribute to development of reusable intellectual capital and thought leadership in enterprise architecture and digital manufacturing
  • Mentor team members and foster collaboration across business, IT, and operational stakeholders

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise, solution, or digital architecture within consulting, industry, or both
  • Strong grounding in enterprise architecture across applications, data, integration, infrastructure, and security, ideally with frameworks such as TOGAF
  • Experience designing scalable, secure enterprise solutions, including performance optimization, high availability, and environment planning
  • Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, or similar)
  • Experience with integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures; familiarity with containerization and CI/CD
  • Exposure to AI/ML-enabled systems and data-driven architectures
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business impact
  • Experience working in or supporting manufacturing or supply chain environments; familiarity with systems such as MES, SCADA, or IoT platforms is a plus (not required)
  • Experience in Life Sciences, MedTech, or other regulated industries is preferred
  • Fluency in English is required

How you'll grow:
  • Cross-functional skills development & custom learning pathways
