Job Description:What is the opportunity?As an Engineering Manager,you will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and support the "Software Distribution (SFD) Project for Windows Hub
- Deep understanding of Windows Intelligent Hub and its interactions with UEM
- Deep understanding of the Windows Registry
- Deep understanding of OMA-DM, CSPs, GPOs, and ADMX
- Deep understanding of Windows software deployment lifecycle
- Proficiency in the Omnissa SDLC and the .NET framework in C#
- Collaborating with product management, other teams and other engineers to identify end-user requirements and specifications for the SFD product
- Create designs, including algorithms and data flow to create new software programs and systems
- Producing efficient and effective code based on requirements
- Deploying and testing programs and applications, including the SFD application, for Omnissa
- Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing SFD software
- Assisting with customer escalations to resolve all reported issues
What will you bring to Omnissa?- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in technical leadership
- Proficient hands-on coding skills (Java or similar language)
- 5+ years working with customer facing SaaS Services
- 5+ years working with a hyperscale (Azure, AWS, GCP etc.) infrastructure at global scale

The typical base salary for this role is between $200,000- $253,650 CAD per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
