Manager, Network Brand Insights
As Manager of Brand Insights for the Global Payments Network, you will lead strategic B2B and B2C research that shapes marketing strategy and positions our brand competitively in the marketplace. In this action-oriented role, you will build the brand insights function by establishing repeatable research frameworks, brand health tracking, and voice-of-customer programs in close partnership with Brand Leadership. Pulse is a leading U.S. debit network known for its strength in real-time debit and an extensive global ATM network
General Responsibilities
Insights Roadmap: own and manage the multi-year delivery of of brand research and insights through influential storytelling, analysis, and actionable insights
Research Architecture: structure customer and market research programs globally alongside business and partner marketing teams
Program Execution:provide end-to-end management of B2B & B2C research programs alongside vendors and internal teams
Integrated Marketing & Insights: translate B2B and B2C insights into go-to-market strategies and high-impact content to engage our mix of audiences
Analytical Rigor: drive structured problem-solving and decision-making by marrying conceptual strategy with a strong quantitative orientation
Operational Excellence: Establish operating rhythms, ceremonies, and milestone tracking to drive organizational efficiency and project delivery
People Leadership: May manage and develop a team of analysts. The manager is expected to coach and mentoring associates throughout the organization with a goal of developing and retaining talent at Capital One

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience managing and growing associates
At least 5 years of experience in a market research role
Preferred Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in within financial services, payment networks, or B2B fintechs
Experience leading brand health research
Experience leading voice of customer research
Experience with B2B and international research
Exceptional executive presence and data-storytelling ability
Strong track record of team leadership and people development

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400 for Manager, Brand
Chicago, IL: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Brand
New York, NY: $165,700 - $189,200 for Manager, Brand
Riverwoods, IL: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Brand
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
