Full Job Description
The Manager, Digital Revenue Operations, is responsible for execution, inventory strategy, and programmatic monetization of Hallmark Media's digital advertising business. This role oversees campaign operations, forecasting, yield optimization, and campaign analytics across Hallmark Media's digital portfolio. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Enablement, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Ad Tech and external platform partners, the Manager ensures campaigns execute efficiently, inventory is strategically managed, and opportunities are maximized.

The salary range for this job is between $78,900-$105,100. annually. Salary rate will take into consideration several factors including location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Operations, Inventory Forecasting & Delivery

  • Oversee campaign execution, trafficking, QA, tagging, creative validation, launch readiness, pacing, delivery, discrepancies, and platform performance.

  • Own inventory forecasting across CTV, FAST, AVOD, and digital platforms, including inventory allocation, sell-through analysis, feasibility reviews, utilizationtracking, forecast accuracy, and pacing trends.

  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks impacting revenue attainment, providing inventory recommendations that support sales objectives.

  • Establish operational standards and workflow best practices that improve campaign execution and delivery outcomes.


Programmatic Operations, Yield Strategy & Platform Management

  • Manage PMP and Programmatic Guaranteed deal execution, optimization, troubleshooting, and performance analysis across SSP and platform partners.

  • Monitor fill rates, bid activity, CPMs, monetization performance, deal health, and platform-level trends to identify risks and opportunities.

  • Serve as the operational lead for SSP and platform relationships, recommending pricing, packaging, and yield strategies, while aligning programmatic demand with available supply, campaign goals, and business priorities.


Sales Analytics, Cross-Functional Leadership & Process Improvement

  • Analyze inventory, delivery and performance metrics to support forecasting, budgeting, executive reporting, and business reviews.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Enablement, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and external partners to translate revenue priorities into operational execution and scalable processes.

  • Improve operational workflows, reporting practices, system utilization, documentation, and best practices that strengthen launch accuracy, inventory visibility, monetization performance, and overall revenue operations efficiency.


BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital ad operations, programmatic operations, inventory management, yield management, revenue operations, digital advertising, or related fields.

  • Strong expertise in FreeWheel, Spring Serve, CTV, FAST, AVOD, forecasting, inventory management, campaign pacing, programmatic advertising, and digital media ecosystems.

  • Working knowledge of revenue delivery, sell-through analysis, deal feasibility, pricing strategy, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign, inventory, and revenue data into actionable business insights.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong understanding of AI tools and services is a plus.
