Full Job Description
We are seeking a high-impact, team focused individual to fill the position of Manager, Digital Experience. The successful candidate will play a key part in our ongoing digital transformation, helping to evolve our digital marketing ecosystem and creating compelling online experiences tailored to distinct audience needs. With a strong focus on lead generation, user experience, and platform innovation, the Digital Experience Manager will help define how we connect with customers. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Partner with our digital agencies to lead the design and development of innovative digital experiences. • Partner cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Sales, SEO/AEO, Client Services, and Technology to streamline processes, uncover new opportunities, and scale best practices. • Plan and coordinate work effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time with both internal stakeholders and external partners. • Act as a bridge between non-technical business owners and technical development teams, translating needs into action. • Provide confident oversight and direction across assigned projects, operating with a high degree of ownership and independence. • Build strong, collaborative relationships across functions to drive alignment and shared outcomes. • Collaborate with leads from our strategy team to map out our long-term web and digital platform’s ecosystem, balancing technology, design, governance, quality assurance, and user needs to deliver a consistent and effective experience. WHAT YOU WILL BRING • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with a content management system. • Post-secondary education in Marketing, UI/UX, Technology, or a related field. • Experience working in an Agile environment with iterative development practices. • Strong understanding of website best practices, publishing standards, and accessibility requirements, including AODA. • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and web standards/technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and video/image formats. • Experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics. • Experience with Adobe Target. • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform. • Understanding of SEO/AEO principles and best practices. • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Experience in the financial services industry is considered an asset. • Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and patience, with the ability to lead and support a team effectively. • Ability to quickly absorb both business and technical context in a fast-paced environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • A willingness to embrace the unknown - demonstrating curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to continuously learn, explore new tools and ideas, and share knowledge with the team. This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $69,500 to $119,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others.
