About the Role

TD SYNNEX is seeking a driven and experienced Manager, Depot Repair Operations to lead our depot repair and production services organization. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee daily repair operations, drive operational excellence, and ensure the successful delivery of customer commitments while maintaining the highest standards of quality, productivity, safety, and service.

Reporting to the Director of Depot Services, you will be responsible for leading teams, optimizing operational performance, and developing strategies that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business results. You will serve as a key operational leader, partnering across multiple functions to ensure repair services are delivered effectively and aligned with organizational goals.

What You'll Do

Operational Leadership
  • Lead and manage all day-to-day depot repair and production operations.
  • Drive achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), including quality, cost, productivity, turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
  • Develop and execute operational plans that support customer commitments and business objectives.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and service levels.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of employees, equipment, systems, and facility resources.


People Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop operational employees and team leaders.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and accountability measures.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, employee development, and succession planning activities.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Promote employee engagement, teamwork, and continuous learning.


Process Improvement & Business Optimization
  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Implement best practices that improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost management.
  • Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for operational challenges.


Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, and other business partners to achieve shared objectives.
  • Communicate operational priorities, schedule changes, business updates, and performance results to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver operational reports, presentations, and business reviews to leadership teams.
  • Serve as an escalation point for customer, operational, and employee-related issues.


Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, regulatory standards, and safety procedures.
  • Promote a culture of workplace safety and operational excellence.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical business practices in all interactions.

What We're Looking For

  • Associate degree required.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in depot repair, manufacturing, production operations, electronics repair, logistics, distribution, or a related operational environment.
  • 3 to 5 years of direct people management experience leading operational teams.
  • Demonstrated experience managing performance through operational KPIs and service-level commitments.
  • Experience leading teams in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.

Salary Range Requirement

Actual annual compensation offered for this exempt role will be a minimum annual salary of $90,000 based on several variables including length and depth of work experience, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This role may operate in a distribution center, electronics repair, clean-room, professional office, or customer-site environment. Conditions may include noise, temperature changes, humidity, outdoor weather, and electrostatic discharge protection requirements.

The position may require extended periods of sitting, standing, or walking, as well as wearing required PPE and following all safety protocols. Occasional overtime, non-standard hours, on-call availability, or local travel may be required based on business needs.
