Work You'll Do
Manage the end-to-end journey of information technology projects from On-Premise to Cloud within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Manage the design and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems within information technology projects, including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging Cloud-based platforms. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage and lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

• 50% Travel required nationally

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.

Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Driving the creation of innovative and transformative Cloud-based technology solutions to address clients' next generational needs, creating effective IT visions, strategies and roadmaps utilizing MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Azure;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that meet client needs, utilizing Azure and PowerPoint;
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders utilizing MS Excel and PowerPoint;
• Coordinating the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing Azure Dashboard, Miro Board, SaFe Agile, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and MS Teams;
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Microsoft Office, Visio, and Figma;
• Monitoring and reporting statuses, risks, and dependencies across projects utilizing Azure Dashboards and PowerPoint;
• Mapping current and creating to-be business service flows that help design components for online applications, utilizing Visio, PowerPoint, and Word; and
• Designing scalable, secure, and efficient technical Cloud ecosystems to support enterprise applications and integrating with On-Premise and Cloud applications, utilizing Salesforce which includes, Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud, ETL Informatica, and Mulesoft.
