Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager in Morristown, New Jersey.

Work You'll Do
Participate in SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Guide the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions and information obtained from management to conceptualize and define operational problems. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements by analyzing information about alternatives to determine which one will offer the best outcomes and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Guide the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization by observing the current system in operation to gather and analyze information about each of the component problems, using a variety of sources, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Drive the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach by educating staff in the application of mathematical models, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.

Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Managing information technology project and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client's business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing SAP S/4HANA, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Central Component (ECC), Business Warehouse (BW), Landscape Transformation Replication Server (SLT), Business Object Data Services (BODS), SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), and Agile Methodology;
• Working across all phases of the information technology project, SAP Implementation Methodology and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing Jira;
• Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for information technology project, integrating SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW, SLT, BODS, and SolMan applications in the client's landscape;
• Leading large-scale SAP Central Finance (cFIN), Green Field, and Cloud Migration implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Project and Visio;
• Managing project teams and project delivery and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Agile Methodology and Jira;
• Leading quality assurance (QA) for client deliverables, including defect fixes and end user trainings, utilizing Jira and HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM); and
• Utilizing Jira and HP ALM to support and perform User Acceptance and Regression Testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions.
