Work You'll Do
Manage SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master's degree in business administration, in any STEM field or a related field and 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Position requires 3 years of experience in:

• Managing and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client's business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing S/4HANA, Business Technology Platform (BTP), and Digital Supply Chain Management;
• Working across phases of the SAP Activate and ASAP methodology, including project preparation, business blueprint phase, realization phase, final preparation and go-live phase for SAP solutions for enterprise-level clients;
• Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating third party systems, legacy systems, shop floor systems, automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and warehouse control and execution systems with SAP applications in the client's landscape;
• Leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA and SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing SAP S/4HANA to design and optimize end-to-end supply chain solutions;
• Leading quality assurance (QA) for client deliverables, including solution design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials, utilizing SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and automated testing;
• Utilizing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) to support and perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; and
• Performing SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), SAP Transportation Management (TM), SAP Production Planning (PP), and SAP Quality Management (QM) production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing ALM, Freshworks, and SAP SolMan.
