JOB TITLE:
Manager, Coupa Enablement and Administration- Mars Veterinary Health
LOCATION & SCHEDULE:

COMPENSATION:
$84,667.00 - $132,292.19

Why This Role Matters:

The Manager, Coupa Enablement and Administration leads a team responsible for administering MVH's procurement system (Coupa), establishing unified processes and procedures, and guiding MVH hospitals on their purchasing system needs. This role coordinates cross-functional projects across Commercial pillars and business functions and partners with suppliers to ensure successful Coupa integration so that ordering processes and catalogs meet MVH's needs.

The Manager provides expert guidance on global application implementation and support, process governance, data analysis, and reporting.

You Will:
  • Responsible for the Coupa application administration including:
    • System rollout and upgrades
    • IT and P&O liaison for user administration including assignment of roles & user access levels
    • Maintaining and updating Master Data
    • Creating and building reports and data analytics
  • Own end-to-end Coupa application administration, including system rollout and upgrades, IT/P&O liaison for user administration and access levels, master data maintenance, and reporting and data analytics.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, localized design, deployment, and adoption of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) policies for the Coupa rollout across EMEA business units.
  • Ensure the Coupa Enablement and Administration team is structured to provide consistent, efficient, and high-quality service to MVH hospitals.
  • Train, coach, and develop hospital and internal users on Coupa; lead analytical work supporting business objectives at varying levels of complexity.
  • Partner with Coupa to coordinate release upgrades, special projects, and system conversions.
  • Identify and drive improvements and simplifications to the Procure-to-Pay process in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Champion the expansion of Coupa across the organization, demonstrating its value to new user groups, guiding their transition onto the platform, and building a strategic roadmap for the overall purchase-to-pay process.
  • Partner closely with Strategic Sourcing and Buying Operations teams to coordinate item creation and maintenance in Coupa, defining best practices and workflows that preserve data integrity.
  • Provide leadership to, coach and develop Infrastructure Coupa systems associates.
  • Model and champion the Five Principles of Mars within self and team, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.


Your Experience Should Include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in procurement, including experience with procurement systems and processes and progressive project management experience, required.
  • 5+ years of Coupa experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing teams required.
  • Healthcare background (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) preferred.
  • Hospital purchasing experience preferred.


Salary Range: $ 84,667-$132,292

Compensation is determined based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and market competitiveness
