The Manager, Corporate Real Estate serves as a strategic partner to client business leadership, supporting the execution of a dynamic corporate real estate strategy that enhances the employee experience and drives operational efficiency. Acting as Deputy Head of Real Estate for the client account, this role bridges local business units, executive leadership, and corporate real estate functions, coordinating with internal Lincoln teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of real estate initiatives in alignment with Lincoln Property Company and client standards. This role aligns with market-standard Corporate Real Estate Manager and Portfolio Strategy positions at comparable firms, which combine portfolio oversight, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, and executive-level reporting for occupier organizations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Serve as Deputy Head of Real Estate for the client account and key liaison between client business leadership, executive stakeholders, and corporate real estate functions.
- Drive strategic planning, leadership alignment, and execution of corporate real estate initiatives across the client's portfolio.
- Manage relationships with local business leaders and oversee the real estate project lifecycle from planning through completion.
- Coordinate with Lease Administration, Transaction Management, Project Management, and Facilities Management teams to ensure integrated service delivery.
- Create executive-level reporting and present portfolio performance, initiatives, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Oversee change management for move/add/change (MAC) activity, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communications.
- Support mergers and acquisitions real estate activities with a high degree of confidentiality and urgency.
- Track portfolio and project metrics against budget, schedule, and service-level expectations; escalate risks proactively.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required; equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate real estate, portfolio management, or a related occupier-side real estate function.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted advisor to business leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting/analytics tools such as Power BI.
- Ability to manage confidential information and complex, cross-functional initiatives with sound judgment.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
