What you will do:- Provide strategic oversight of complex, multi-million-dollar contracted services that support critical airport operations, ensuring vendor partnerships, service delivery, financial stewardship, and operational requirements are aligned with Massport's goals and standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, union personnel, tenants, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration, accountability, and seamless coordination across a dynamic 24/7 operating environment.
- Drive operational excellence through the effective use of technology, asset management strategies, and data-driven decision making, continuously enhancing facility performance, system reliability, infrastructure resilience, and long-term operational efficiency.
- Lead critical operational readiness efforts, including environmental response, emergency communications, and weather-related operations, while exercising sound judgment, managing competing priorities, and ensuring the safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operation of airport facilities and services.
What you offer:- Bachelors degree in Management or Engineering or equivalent professional work experience required.
- 5 - 7 years managing contracted services within a large physical plant, Airport Environment, or similar field required.
- Working knowledge of State and federal environmental regulations.
- Working knowledge of word processing, database and spreadsheet programs.

The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $150,000 annually and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, training, specialized skills, and overall qualifications.
