As a Manager, Content & Creative on our Recruitment Marketing Team, you'll shape how our employer brand comes to life through content and storytelling. You'll set the strategy and creative direction for content across DraftKings Life channels, including organic social, paid media, our careers site, and email. This player-coach role blends editorial instincts, creative leadership, and a data-informed approach to content. You'll lead and develop a talented team while staying close to the work, raising the bar for storytelling that attracts talent across our global markets and influences candidate decisions.
What You'll Do
Lead our content and editorial strategy, translating employer brand, audience insights, and hiring priorities into a focused roadmap and editorial calendar.
Set a high creative and editorial bar across copy, video, graphics, social media, long-form storytelling, and campaigns, providing direction while staying hands-on with writing and editing when it matters.
Build an integrated content engine that turns strong ideas into stories across organic social, paid media, our careers site, email, and other candidate touchpoints, using performance insights to strengthen our approach.
Develop content strategies that scale globally while adapting storytelling, channels, and candidate experiences to local market needs.

What You'll Bring
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
