Job SummaryThe Manager-Compensation oversees, manages, and participates in the administration, implementation, abd oversight of the City of Dallas compensation plans and programs that support the overall compensation strategy facilitating fair and equitable compensation practices.
Job DescriptionMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business/Public Administration, or Social Science field.
Experience- Four (4) years of professional-level experience in compensation and job analysis/evaluation
AND- Three (3) years of management/supervisory responsibilities
Equivalencies - High school diploma or GED plus eight (8) years of the required experience, including three (3) years of the stated supervisory/management responsibilities, will meet the education and experience requirements.
- Associate degree in any field plus six (6) years of the required experience, including three (3) years of the stated supervisory/management responsibilities, will meet the education and experience requirements.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a non-specified field plus six (6) years of the required experience, including three (3) years of the stated supervisory/management responsibilities, will meet the education and experience requirements.
- Master's degree (or higher) in a specified field, plus two (2) years of the required experience, including three (3) years of the stated supervisory/management responsibilities, will meet the education and experience requirements.
License- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Salary Range$89,440.00 - $111,800.00
