The Opportunity

SharkNinja is looking for a Manager, Commercial Execution - Walmart to turn commercial priorities into dependable execution across Walmart stores, Walmart.com, the distribution center network, and the merchant and replenishment desks.

As the hands-on Commercial Execution owner for an assigned portfolio, you will connect Walmart's Merchant and MerchX teams with SharkNinja Sales, Commercial Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service, and Sales Operations. You will align forecasts, replenishment settings, order flow, and inventory actions so that partners are working from the same demand picture and acting on issues early.

You will be accountable for supporting a 95% fill rate, 97.5% in-stock performance, and agreed forecast-accuracy goals within your portfolio while maintaining a healthy and efficient inventory position.
How This Role Wins

This role uses Scintilla data, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled workflows to identify risk, automate recurring analysis, and improve the speed and quality of replenishment decisions. By reducing manual work and converting complex data into clear actions, you will create more time for the relationships and decisions that drive the business.

The goal is simple: ensure Walmart customers can find and purchase SharkNinja products wherever they shop-on screen and on shelf.
What You'll Own
  1. Build strong working relationships with Walmart's Merchant and MerchX teams, aligning on forecast changes, replenishment policies, order flow, inventory risks, and category priorities.
  2. Partner daily with SharkNinja Sales and cross-functional teams to translate promotions, product launches, modular transitions, and commercial priorities into clear supply and replenishment actions.
  3. Own the quality of Walmart system forecasts for assigned categories, ensuring relevant demand signals are accurately reflected in SharkNinja's demand-planning and consensus-forecast processes.
  4. Monitor real-time and weekly business signals, including POS, forecast accuracy, fill rate, in-stock performance, weeks of supply, DC inventory, and order flow; identify root causes and recommend corrective action.
  5. Optimize replenishment settings and item-level execution, including forecast parameters, replenishment policies, item-setting integrity, lead times, ship points, and other inputs that influence availability.
  6. Manage order-flow health with Customer Service and Supply Planning, including PO creation, confirmation, allocation, shipment timing, and fill-rate recovery actions.
  7. Execute inventory strategies for assigned categories, including Direct Import, seasonal inventory builds, launch readiness, modular resets, and in-stock optimization.
  8. Own Walmart supply-chain scorecards and action plans for assigned categories, including OTIF, SQEP, Supplier One, and other relevant service or compliance measures.
  9. Build repeatable operating routines and reporting, using Scintilla, Retail Link, automation, and AI-enabled tools to highlight risks, opportunities, decisions, and owners.
  10. Support Joint Business Planning and customer reviews, bringing an accurate operational view of forecast, inventory, supply risk, and execution readiness; escalate issues early with a recommended path forward.
