Job Title:Manager-Clinical Outcomes & Analysis-Transplant Administration
Job Summary:Manages and coordinates clinical quality improvement initiatives, data analysis with regards to clinical outcomes for benchmarking and dashboard performance purposes. Facilitates data coordination for presentation to the clinical and medical healthcare team. To perform job duties in accordance with the medical center's purpose.
Education & ExperienceMaster's degree plus three (3) years of experience in Healthcare Management, Healthcare Quality Improvement, Case Management, Performance Improvement, Direct Patient Care, or related field and two years of experience must have been in a supervisory role.

Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of experience in Healthcare Management, Healthcare Quality Improvement, Case Management, Performance Improvement, Direct Patient Care, or related field, two years of experience must have been in a supervisory role.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED: Valid RN license.

Responsibilities- Manages ongoing clinical quality improvement initiatives. Oversees the collection, analysis and interpretation of data relevant to quality performance standards; ensures compliance with TJC standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinates and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and committees to assure that evidence-based clinical quality goals and outcomes are developed and implemented using appropriate standards of care. Serves as liaison as appropriate.
- Educates others on clinical quality improvement initiatives and provides organizational awareness of performance improvement initiatives and progress; communicates to leadership and clinical staff regarding outcomes of performance improvement measures and initiatives.
- Supervises subordinate staff to include work allocation, evaluation, training, and problem resolution. Manages staff to ensure integration of clinical quality improvement initiatives into the day to day operations.
- Provides feedback to medical staff and administration regarding outcomes from clinical improvement initiatives during and after implementation, and regarding outcomes of performance measures of clinical pathways.
- Serves as a mentor and facilitator to clinical outcome improvement teams. Creates templates for streamlining clinical outcomes improvement team development, pathway development and implementation.
- Serves on at least one nursing council, hospital, or medical center committee, task force, or project team to improve patient care or work area demonstrates core standards of exceptional customer service.
- Manages the collection, analysis and interpretation of data relevant to quality performance standards, ensures compliance with TJC standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Establishes effective relationships with physicians and other members of the healthcare team, to facilitate best practice. Ensures cross functional knowledge sharing and issue resolution.
- Monitor and take action on department performance metrics. Hold staff accountable for achieving department performance goals.
