Gordon Brothers is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing a wide range of integrated marketing programs that drive demand, increase client engagement, and support revenue growth across North America.

In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders across North America to help define business-specific marketing strategies, budgets, campaign plans and performance metrics aligned to business goals. You will work closely with the broader corporate marketing team and external agencies to ensure all initiatives are consistent with the firm’s global brand and messaging.

This position blends strategy, creative and analytic expertise with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

  • Increase Gordon Brothers’ market penetration across business lines by developing and driving marketing tactics that support business development efforts.

    • Develop and implement channel marketing strategies aligned with business and sales strategy that drive brand awareness of individual business lines within the markets they serve.

    • Develop and execute deal marketing campaigns, including PR, print and online advertising, email, social media and website updates.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and channel partners.

    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, analyzing market trends and channel performance to inform marketing strategies, optimize marketing efforts and drive revenue growth.

  • Implement engagement programs across email and social platforms to increase brand awareness for Gordon Brothers and our services, elevate the profile of our experts and engage our clients and partners.

  • Oversee creation of effective thought leadership and content including planning, writing, and executing across multiple formats:

    • Written, visual, digital and video

    • Print and digital advertising

    • Pitch documents, case studies and marketing collateral

    • Email, direct mail and newsletters

    • Social media

    • Speaking engagements and byline articles

  • Work closely with the other members of the marketing team on all creative and branding initiatives to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.

  • 7-10 years of business-to-business (B2B) marketing/communications experience, preferably within a financial/professional services sector. Experience with M&A, turnaround, retail and/or industrial industries a plus.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.

  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders and influencing and engaging effectively.

  • Proven record of successful development and execution of integrated marketing plans.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills and adept at working with people from all levels of seniority to drive the marketing agenda forward and achieve results for business stakeholders.

  • Well-rounded marketer with good business acumen and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proactive, highly organized, dynamic and resourceful.

  • Excellent written and communication skills.

  • Ability to act as a brand ambassador by ensuring attention to detail, consistency and quality across initiatives.

  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently.

  • Strong technical proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), experience with CRM (Salesforce), email (Marketo, Hubspot, etc.) and social platforms and/or project management software (Asana, Monday, Workfront, etc.) a plus.
