Full Job Description
Manager Application Support

Your role on the team:

  • Manages the Applications staff including on-boarding, leadership, coaching and mentoring
  • Directs the Support, Security, Integration and Upgrade aspects of the Labor Management Application from a business owner aspect
  • Facilitates the Maintenance, Enhancement and User Assistance aspects of the productivity reporting platform
  • Ensures technical system components and processes are documented
  • Coordinates the data structure and storage management in the data warehouse
  • Ownership of the productivity program, including managing future projects to integrate other programs with the productivity applications and offerings


What you need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from a 4 year college or university
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in distribution and labor management systems; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the details of a labor management software, including developing data dictionaries and integration with other systems
  • Minimum 5 years experience using SQL or similar language to extract large data sets for analysis and reporting purposes
  • Minimum 5 years experience developing technical business requirements, overseeing development and testing, and executing integrations between systems
  • Experience with developing data visualizations in a web dashboard tool, including the knowledge of background tables to help structure data in an opportune way
  • 3PL warehousing, distribution center or fulfillment experience
  • Knowledgeable of engineering labor standards using MOST
  • Proven ability to anticipate data & reporting needs of our end-users
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both in writing and verbal
  • Ability to evaluate and design a process, and implement across a team or network
  • Ability to work with others, specifically others that are in technical roles
  • Can describe complex procedures in an easy-to-understand way
  • Ability to influence others and get others to own tasks
  • Creative thinking skills for developing, defining, and executing new processes and products and for modifying existing ones
