Full Job Description
The Americas Operations BPR Portfolio Manager owns the end-to-end planning, governance, and execution of a portfolio of business process improvement and transformation initiatives across AMR Operations. You will lead a team of individual contributor Operations Project Managers aligned to specific workstreams and functional areas, driving consistent delivery against milestones, rigorous risk management, and clear accountability across the portfolio.
You will set the standard for how we initiate, scope, execute, and close projects across the AMR Operations network - and serve as the portfolio management point of contact for Operations leadership, Finance, IS&T, and cross-functional business partners.
You will also serve as a functional lead for AMR Operations BPR's participation in Apple's Annual Business Planning Process - representing the portfolio's investment needs, prioritizing project funding requests, and partnering with Finance to ensure the BPR pipeline is resourced to deliver strategic impact.
You will also lead the function's continuous improvement agenda: scaling portfolio governance tools, modernizing how projects are tracked and reported, and championing the adoption of AI and automation to elevate the team's capabilities. You will define the metrics that matter, build the visibility that keeps leadership informed, and develop a team that operates with precision, curiosity, and a bias for impact.
