What you'll do

The AI Governance Enablement Manager drives the adoption of AI governance practices across the organization by partnering with AI practitioners, product teams, and business stakeholders. This role translates governance requirements into practical guidance, supports teams through the AI governance process, and helps build a culture of responsible AI at scale.
  • Partner with AI practitioners, product teams, and business stakeholders to embed AI governance requirements into delivery processes.
  • Provide guidance and support through AI risk assessments, reviews, and approval processes.
  • Lead enablement programs, training sessions, and communities of practice to build AI governance capabilities.
  • Develop practical tools, templates, and guidance to simplify governance adoption.
  • Monitor and report on governance adoption, maturity, and process effectiveness across business units.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce friction and improve the user experience for teams navigating AI governance requirements.


What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in AI, analytics, data governance, change management, or enablement roles.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience translating policies, standards, and risk requirements into practical, actionable guidance.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across business and technical teams.

Broadband Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $131,000.00

Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role. #LI-AG2
