Management Consultant

Fort Shafter, HI
Full-Time | On-site | Position Contingent Upon Award

Position Summary

The Management Consultant supports the IMCOM Real Property Asset Management Program by performing detailed analysis, process improvement, and data validation activities related to DoD financial and asset management functions. This role works directly with installation stakeholders to correct real property records and support the Army's audit readiness objectives.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in DoD financial and asset management functions, specifically real property and/or real estate functions, including at least 5 years of direct experience supporting IMCOM.
  • Proven track record leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Political Science, or Public Administration; and/or a related certification (e.g., CPA, CDFM, CGFM, PMP). Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the IMCOM asset management environment.
  • No security clearance required; must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
