Job Title: Mammograph Tech Intervention

Location: Ambulatory Care Center

Department Name: Breast Health Center



Status: Hourly

Shift: Day

Pay Range: $48.82 - $57.83 per hour

The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Summary:

Performs mammography procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision in accordance to the policies and procedures of the ACC Breast Center. Must provide patient services using digital mammography and Bone Station equipment. The Technologist must be competent in patient satisfaction as well as technical skill. Exercises professional judgment in performance and patient care. Correctly utilizes the Radiology Information System to facilitate patient functions. Practices radiation protection safely routinely.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • Graduate of Accredited School of Allied Health Program of Radiography.
  • Current license to practice in the state of New Jersey.
  • ARRT registration.
  • Mammography certification.

Preferred:
  • 1 year experience

Scheduling Requirements:
  • Days
  • FT
  • Monday 10am-6pm
  • Tuesday-Friday 9am-5pm
  • With one Saturday or Sunday rotation a month 7am-3pm
