Maintenance Working Lead

We are searching for an experienced Maintenance Working Lead at our Feasterville facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Position Summary
The Maintenance Lead provideshands-on daily leadership for maintenance operations, helping the MaintenanceSupervisor keep manufacturing equipment, facility systems, and infrastructuresafe, reliable, compliant, and production ready. This role assists in coordinatingwork, supports troubleshooting, documents maintenance activity, and partnerswith Production, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Operations
• Assign,prioritize, and monitor daily maintenance work based on safety, production,equipment condition, and business needs.
• Coordinatework across shifts, support shift handoffs, and provide hands-ontroubleshooting during breakdowns.
• Ensuremaintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and to required qualitystandards.
Preventive Maintenance and Documentation
• Support PMscheduling, execution, review, and improvement, including recurring issueidentification.
• Ensurework orders, troubleshooting notes, parts used, equipment status, PMs,calibrations, and equipment history are accurate and complete.
• Recommendupdates to PM tasks, documentation practices, and maintenance records.
Reliability and Continuous Improvement
• Identifyand support improvements that increase uptime, reliability, safety, andefficiency.
• Participatein root-cause analysis, corrective actions, equipment upgrades, installations,relocations, and commissioning.
• Communicatesignificant equipment risks, downtime, and improvement opportunities toleadership.
Safety, Quality, and Compliance
• Promote astrong safety culture and ensure adherence to LOTO, PPE, GMP, ISO, and qualityrequirements.
• Identifyand correct unsafe conditions involving equipment, tools, facilities, andmaintenance activities.
• Supportaudits, investigations, corrective actions, and technician safety ormaintenance training.
Parts, Tools, Contractors, and Facilities
• Monitorcritical spares, supplies, tools, and work areas to support equipment uptimeand organization.
• Assistwith sourcing parts, vendor information, quotes, contractor scheduling, siteaccess, and contractor work review.
• Supportfacility systems and repairs, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressedair, utilities, roofing, and related projects.
Training and Cross-Functional Support
• Coach andsupport Maintenance Technicians on equipment, troubleshooting, PM procedures,safety, and maintenance systems.
• Helpidentify skill gaps, reinforce consistent practices, and encourage teamwork,accountability, and professional development.
• Partnerwith Production, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and other departments to resolvemaintenance-related issues.

• Work isperformed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to equipment, movingparts, electrical equipment, noise, odors, and other industrial hazards.
• Mustfollow all applicable GMP, safety, PPE, facility, and gowning requirements.
• May workin production, warehouse, utility, facility, and maintenance areas and may berequired to work flexible hours, overtime, weekends, holidays, or emergencyresponse as business needs require.
• May travelfor training or business needs when required.
