Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience supporting systems, training, and documentation.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms, particularly EAM.
• Background in maintenance or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Trade certification or a post-secondary diploma/degree in a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities.
• Exhibits well-organized and independent work habits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development and maintenance of the CMMS using Octave Attune EAM.
• Serve as Wood Products Canada's representative for the North American EAM Sustainment Team.
• Manage EAM platform collaboration with the IT department.
• Address and resolve EAM integration issues with other systems.
• Develop and standardize mill procedures, reporting, and policies for EAM.
• Create Cognos reports to visualize mill data effectively.
• Train staff on onboarding processes and EAM-related systems.
