Location: Owatonna, MN
Shift: 2nd shift, Monday - Friday
Your Responsibilities:- Supervises facilities, maintenance and electrical technicians engaged in equipment installation, equipment troubleshooting and repair, building and grounds maintenance, and preventative maintenance
- May supervise tool room employees
- Collaborates with management to schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations
- Collaborates with site management to plan equipment layout, workflow, and accident prevention measures to maintain effective and safe utilization of plant facilities and equipment
- Develops and oversees preventive maintenance program and coordinates implementation with Production management
- Provides technical expertise to ensure equipment meets operational standards and is in conformance with OSHA regulations
- May oversee or coordinate facility communication and/or security systems
- Completes employee performance evaluations and has the ability to address performance related matters
- Reviews and Closes completed work orders to proper standards in maintenance management software
- Responds to emergencies and supports after hours facility needs and activities as required
- Participates as a lead of the emergency response team. Assist outside emergency response teams
- Observes, complies with and holds team accountable to Company safety procedures at all times
Your Qualifications:- Associate's Degree or Equivalent in a related field
- 3+ years of related experience/training
- 1+ year of supervisory experience (preferred)

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $73,300.00 - $120,700.00 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
