What We Offer Interfor offers a competitive salary based on experience, skills, andqualifications, with an expected range of

Highlights of the Role- Safety Leadership: Lead and supervise the maintenance crew, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee and optimize maintenance activities using CMMS.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure equipment reliability through planning and troubleshooting.
- Personnel Management: Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate maintenance projects and budgets.
What You Offer- Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Results-driven and able to prioritize under pressure.
- Industrial Experience: 3-5 years in industrial maintenance; wood products and supervision preferred.
- Technical Qualifications: Post-secondary education or journeyman certification is an asset.
- Tech-Savvy & Safety Knowledge: Proficiency with CMMS/computer applications; safety regulations knowledge.
