We are seeking a dynamic
Maintenance Supervisor to join the team. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. In this role, you'll lead a dedicated team of tradespeople, ensuring safety, quality, and high performance. RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead a dedicated multi-trade maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety standards, efficient scheduling, effective task assignments, and continuous performance improvement.
- Champion the implementation of safety and maintenance initiatives that prioritize the well-being of our team and equipment.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing expert technical support and fostering professional growth.
- Oversee the quality of maintenance work to ensure the highest standards of reliability and performance.
- Lead by example to achieve performance targets, encouraging collaboration and accountability within the team.
- Continuously improve the maintenance program, implementing best practices to drive operational excellence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all maintenance activities, ensuring transparency and compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Red Seal Certification in Mechanical or Electrical fields or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
- Five years' experience in maintenance supervision within a process manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using CMMS programs.
- Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving and action-planning skills.
- Capability to empower, supervise, and direct a diverse workforce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to ever-changing work demands.
SALARY RANGE:We offer a competitive compensation package based on your skills and experience. The expected base salary for this position is $110,000-120,000 per year.
