  • Responsible for ensuring that equipment, processes, and systems operate reliably and efficiently, minimizing downtime and reducing maintenance costs.


Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Analyze equipment failure data to identify patterns and potential issues.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct investigations to determine the root causes of equipment failures.
  • Preventative Measures: Develop and implement strategies to prevent equipment failures and improve reliability.
  • Collaboration: Work with maintenance and engineering teams to integrate new technologies and methods.
  • Testing: Design and execute reliability tests to ensure equipment meets safety and performance standards.
