Responsibilities

  • Analyze root causes of escalated issues from Exotec Control Center.
  • Act as level 2 escalation point for non-core products like third-party conveyors.
  • Diagnose and resolve interoperability issues in collaboration with clients.
  • Plan and execute software and system updates at client sites.
  • Coach on-site technicians on best practices alongside site managers.
  • Drive maintenance procedures and improvements across North America and globally.
  • Engage with Exotec R&D and product teams on maintenance issues.
  • Collaborate with client contract engineers and site managers for performance reporting.

Full Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Own the performance of Exotec systems at client sites
  • Oversee the reliability of client sites, analyzing performance, and creating and executing performance improvement plans
  • Analyze the root cause of issues escalated from Exotec Control Center
  • Act as level 2 escalation for non-core products (3rd party conveyors, etc.)
  • Work directly with clients to diagnose and resolve interoperability issues
  • Plan and execute site software and system updates
  • In conjunction with the sites managers, coach on-site technicians on site best practices to support uptime targets
  • Propose and help drive maintenance procedures and process improvements across North America and globally.
  • Actively engage with Exotec R&D and product teams on specific maintenance issues
  • As part of the client team, work with the client contract engineer and sites manager to respond to client requests, including monthly performance reporting
