TITLE: Maintenance Manager
POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position is responsible for managing the plant maintenance and projects in a cost-effective and safe manner that will maximize equipment uptime
QUALIFICATIONS:- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
- Four-year university or college degree, or minimum 8 years' experience in polymer.
- Maintenance Management or related field.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and planning skills.
POSITIONS REPORTING DIRECTLY TO THE POSTION:- Electrical Supervisor
- Mechanical Supervisor
- Electrical Technician
- Mechanical Technician
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage Maintenance Section functions.
- Evaluate/Approve engineering project design and budget.
- Execute special improvement projects.
- Oversee new equipment installation.
- Must know and follow all ISO procedures for Maintenance Section.
- Approve ISO procedure, P.M., records forms, and time sheets of hourly personnel.
- Analyze downtime and reports and monthly performance reports, etc.
- Approve yearly budget.
- Evaluations for Maintenance Section.
- Other duties as assigned by Plant Manager
- Approve parts purchase/repair.
