Qualifications

• Previous maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance practices.
• Experience with CMMS systems, particularly eMaint, and maintenance planning processes.
• Proven troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Understanding of health, safety, quality, and environmental standards within manufacturing operations.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and contractors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities ensuring timely resolution of equipment downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify maintenance priorities.
• Monitor equipment performance, analyze downtime trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability.
• Oversee maintenance planning and scheduling, ensuring system accuracy with eMaint.
• Coordinate maintenance efforts during production changeovers and troubleshoot recurring issues.
• Manage relationships with contractors and vendors related to maintenance operations.
• Maintain MRO inventory and oversee parts procurement and tool management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and health and safety standards.
• Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation effectively.
