Description
The Maintenance and Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing all facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable working environment. This role manages both the maintenance functions and facility services, including building systems, equipment, grounds, and vendor relationships. The manager leads maintenance personnel, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Additionally, this position oversees facility planning, space utilization, and supports operational needs by maintaining high levels of uptime for critical equipment and infrastructure. The Maintenance and Facilities Manager plays a key role in developing budgets, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement across facility operations.
Oversee daily maintenance operations for building systems, machinery, equipment, and grounds.
Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff and contractors

Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field with 6+ years relevant experience.

Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment and a minimum of 3 years leading a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word & Excel
