Responsibilities

• Oversee general maintenance and repairs of the assisted living community.
• Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff to ensure proper upkeep of facilities.
• Lead, train, and develop maintenance staff members.
• Implement the community Injury and Illness Prevention Program.
• Coordinate the Hazcom Program for safety compliance.
• Conduct safety audits and emergency drills to ensure community safety.
