We're looking for a Mainframe Technical Team Lead for a role in Columbia, SC; State College, PA; or Dallas, TX.

CMS/Public Trust Clearance Needed
Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on CICS experience
- Strong expertise in CICS, REXX, and Assembler
- Experience leading or supporting CICS upgrade projects (current initiative includes upgrading from CICS 5.6 to 6.3)
- Ability to serve as a technical lead and provide senior-level support and guidance
- Proven troubleshooting and production support experience in large-scale mainframe environments
- Hands-on experience with z/OS, CICS (strong preference for CICS Plex), VSAM, and SMP/E
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate a team of technical specialists through all assigned work requests
- Review and distribute all approved work requests based on staff availability and skill, ensuring all needed resources are obtained
- Monitor progress and performance and troubleshoot any problems that may arise
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation
Education/Certifications:- Bachelor's degree - any major; OR
- 4 years of job-related work experience; OR
- 2 years of job-related experience plus an Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree
The hourly rate for this position is $45.46.
