You will work directly with managers and recruiters to identify, source, and screen qualified candidates along with making recommendations for process improvements and providing market intelligence. What you'll do:- Source ML & DL researchers and engineers for high impact roles within Susquehanna
- Work with managers to define hiring needs and create a sourcing strategy for each role
- Research competitors and industry trends to develop creative outreach to attract perspective candidates
- Measure the success of your sourcing and outreach through tracking metrics and making recommendations based on your findings
What we're looking for- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a talent sourcer or recruiter required
- Experience working in a highly selective hiring environment
- Strong sense of urgency, emotional intelligence, and highly intellectually curious
- Deep understanding of the ML landscape and where this talent can be found
- Desire and aptitude to develop a functional understanding of the lines of business you support
- Experience with advanced sourcing techniques beyond job boards and LIR
- Ability to work on-site 4 days per week
