Overview

By joining our Talent Sourcing team as a machine learning talent expert you will be part of an energetic and motivated group that directly impacts the growth and success of our firm. You will work directly with managers and recruiters to identify, source, and screen qualified candidates along with making recommendations for process improvements and providing market intelligence. Your efforts directly impact our company success, hiring strategy, and brand awareness. Additionally, we are always looking for new tools and ideas to find and attract the best talent.

This is a business critical role that is highly valued by the business and truly drives our growth. If you are someone who is passionate about strategic candidate sourcing and talent mapping, then we'd like to hear from you!

What you'll do:
  • Source ML & DL researchers and engineers for high impact roles within Susquehanna
  • Work with managers to define hiring needs and create a sourcing strategy for each role
  • Research competitors and industry trends to develop creative outreach to attract perspective candidates
  • Measure the success of your sourcing and outreach through tracking metrics and making recommendations based on your findings

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a talent sourcer or recruiter required
  • Experience working in a highly selective hiring environment
  • Strong sense of urgency, emotional intelligence, and highly intellectually curious
  • Deep understanding of the ML landscape and where this talent can be found
  • Desire and aptitude to develop a functional understanding of the lines of business you support
  • Experience with advanced sourcing techniques beyond job boards and LIR
  • Ability to work on-site 4 days per week
  • Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future
