Seeking an
M365 Hands-On Architect for direct employment with our growing team. This role focuses on delivering M365 solutions with an emphasis on GCC environments, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and SharePoint modernization.
Key Responsibilities - Architect and deliver M365 solutions across SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Support and implement solutions in M365 GCC environments.
- Deliver SharePoint Online migrations and light customizations (SPFx, Power Platform).
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and client-facing support throughout projects.
Required Skills - 7+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 experience.
- Background with GCC or GCC High.
- Proven experience with T2T migrations.
- SharePoint Online migration and customization familiarity.
- Power Platform hands-on knowledge (Power Automate, minimally)
- Solid M365 identity, security, and PowerShell skills.
Preferred - Microsoft certifications (MS-100/102, MS-700, MS-900, etc.).
- Consulting experience.
