M365 Collaboration & AI Automation Engineer Our client's Messaging and Collaboration team is hiring engineers who can automate, extend and modernize the Microsoft 365 environment using low-code tools, scripting and AI. You will build Power Platform solutions, roll out and support Microsoft Copilot, and use Python, PowerShell and GitHub to replace manual work with reliable, repeatable processes. This is a hands-on role for someone who is as comfortable with Claude and other AI tools as with a PowerShell console.
Responsibilities
Design, build and support low-code solutions in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages for internal and external users
Support and enhance the Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration environment, including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint
Deploy, configure and drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot across the organization
Evaluate and integrate AI tools, including Claude and other large language models, into everyday business workflows
Write Python and PowerShell scripts to automate administration, provisioning, reporting and migration tasks
Manage code, scripts and workflow definitions in GitHub using version control and review practices
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to turn requirements into working, documented solutions
Troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation and follow security, governance and change-management standards
